Alyssa Williams

My name is Alyssa Williams and I am a senior at UIC! I am looking forward to graduating next spring with my degree in Kinesiology! My future goal/dream is to be a physical therapist for the Chicago Blackhawks! In my spare time, I enjoy going to professional sporting events, attending concerts, and playing sports like softball, basketball, golf, and soccer. I'm looking forward to continue to make UIC the best it can be by being the best AHSSC Vice President I can be!
Rico Zamora
Social Media Chair
I am a Kinesiology major and am in my fourth year of studies at UIC. My career goal is to serve as a Special Forces Medical Sergeant in the United States Army. Outside of the classroom/library you can find me at the gym lifting weights and boxing, Wrigley Field supporting my favorite baseball team, or at the 606 ruck sack training. As your webmaster my job is to keep you all up to date with various campus news, events, emergency notices, etc.
Sami Elmuti
Historian
Hello, my name is Sami and I am the AHSSC Historian; I will be responsible for capturing those priceless and fun-filled moments that occur in the organization! I am a current sophomore studying Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science and Health Promotion, intending to continue onto UIC's school of physical therapy. Health-related fields are of great interest to me, but focusing on the human body is what I truly enjoy, especially the rigorous but enlightening study of Anatomy and Physiology. The strongest athletic feat I am capable of is performing a 5-minute plank.

Alexandra Rubi
Secretary
Hi, my name is Alexandra Rubi. I am a senior majoring in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science and Health Promotion. Ever since I was little, I knew I wanted to pursue a career that involved helping others. Growing up I played a lot of different sports, and was lucky enough to never get seriously injured. I have seen the positive impact that physical therapists make for people who are recovering from injury and would love to be a part of that someday too. My career goal is to become a physical therapist that specializes in treating sports related injuries or with kids.
